ホストファミリーはローリーを 神社じんじゃに 連つれて 行いくことにしました。 そして、 楽たのしむために 皆みんなで 浴衣ゆかたを 着きることにしました。 でも、ローリーは 間違まちがえて 女性じょせいの 浴衣ゆかたを 着きてしまったので、ホストファミリーは 驚おどろいて 口くちを あんぐり 開あけました。 そして、ローリーの 間違まちがいを 正ただして、 男性だんせいの 浴衣ゆかたを 着きさせてくれました。ローリーは 恥はずかしくて カーッと 赤あかくなりました。

Roary’s host family takes him to a shrine. To make the trip more interesting, they all wear yukata for their visit. Roary accidentally puts on a female’s yukata, and his host family is dumbfounded by his actions. They correct his mistake and give Roary a male yukata to wear. Roary is very embarrassed.
Hosutofamirii wa Roorii o jinja ni tsurete iku koto ni shimashita. Soshite, tanoshimu tame ni minna de yukata o kiru koto ni shimashita. Demo, Roorii wa machigaete josei no yukata o kite shimatta node, hosutofamirii wa odoroite kuchi o anguri akemashita. Soshite Roorii no machigai o tadashite, dansei no yukata o kisasete kuremashita. Roorii wa hazukashikute kaa to akaku narimashita.


神社じんじゃに 着きいた 時とき、 皆みんなは 清きよめるために 手水舎てみずやに 行いきました。 ローリーは 他ほかの 人達ひとたちを 全まったく 見みていませんでしたから、 手てと 口くちを 清きよめないで、 水みずを ゴクッと 飲のんでしまいました。 だから、ホストファミリーはローリーに 正ただしい 清きよめ 方かたを 説明せつめいしました。ローリーはやってみることにしました。 口くちを ブクブクとゆすいで、 手水舎てみずやのみぞに 水みずを ペッと 吐はき 出だします。 今度こんどは、うまく 出来できました。それが 終おわってから、 皆みなでお 堂どうに 歩あるいて 行いきました。

When they arrive at the shrine, they all move to the Temizuya to purify their hands in the Chouzubachi water fountain. Roary doesn’t pay close attention to what other attendees are doing, and he gulps down the purifying water. His host family explains the proper way to do it, and Roary tries again. He pours water over his hands, swishes the water in his mouth, and spits it out next to the fountain. This time, he does well. With purification finally done, the group walks to the shrine building.
Jinja ni tsuita toki, minna wa kiyomeru tame ni Temizuya ni ikimashita. Roorii wa hoka no hito tachi o mattaku mite imasen deshita kara, te to kuchi o kiyomenai de, mizu o goku to nonde shimaimashita. Dakara, hosutofamirii wa Roorii ni tadashii kiyome kata o setsumei shimashita. Roorii wa yatte miru koto ni shimashita. Kuchi o bukubuku to yusuide, Temizuya no mizo ni mizu o pe to hakidashimashita. Kondo wa, umaku dekimashita. Sore ga owatte kara, minna de odou ni aruite ikimashita.
