"Our
Land, Our Literature" was created
by students at the Virginia B. Ball
Center for Creative Inquiry (part
of Ball State University in Muncie,
Indiana), with the support of four
community sponsors.
In addition to creating this website,
the students also gained hands-on
experience in land restoration at
the Limberlost,
where Hoosier author Gene Stratton-Porter
lived and wrote.
Limberlost Cause: Watch this video
(created at the Virginia
Ball Center) about the students'
restoration labors at the Limberlost
Swamp in Geneva, Indiana. |
