Honeybees are hardworking insects that pollinate nearly 1/3 of the food we eat! However, honeybees are rapidly diminishing from our environment. This information is not only important for adults but also for children.
This page provides a link for lesson plans created by Ball State University Elementary Education majors. These lessons have been taught to children in primary grades. Templates for a honeybee book are also included. This book compliments the lessons, extensions for those lessons and recommended readings for adults and students.

Below are links for websites that may be of help in developing honeybee lessons of your own!
