Javi is a non-binary high schooler. They are a star student, but face regular bigotry in school. Their biggest dilemma is that there is no gender neutral restroom at school. From the support of their teacher and friends, they decide to stand up for themselves. But when they go to the school board meeting they are met with reluctance and transphobia. In the end, Javi has to accept that it takes a village, & with the help of their community, they get what they need.
