This is the Settings Window. Here, the user can select which services they do or do not wish to see. Here, the user can also set how often they want the application to refresh, that is, make calls to the AWS instances and update for changes.
Refreshing is an essential feature, because, for example, a user's EC2 instance might go down or have an error for some reason. The user should be notified of this, and if the program doesn't refresh, then the user won't know this information.
