Allows an admin to add a new user to the system.

Allows a user to rate an apprentice on a given category on a scale from 1 - 5. Includes an area to add notes to a rating.

Allows a user to view their individual ratings of a category and see a graph with a best fit line to determine if they are improving in the category.
