1999: Hate Crimes Resource Manual

The Hate Crimes Task Force of the Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) strives to educate the public about hate crimes in Indiana. In 1999, the Hate Crimes Task Force developed a hate crime resource manual entitled “A Profile of Extremist Movements in America” to help people recognize and appropriately respond to hate crimes. This manual can be accessed via the ICRC website: http://www.in.gov/icrc/pubs/hate/hate.html
