The Solution
In order to provide a safe and efficient experience, the optimal solution within the arrivals process is to Add Directions to Flight Information Displays.
This solution allows passengers to utilize the airport's 170 information displays to access directions to various hotspots throughout the terminals. Passengers are able to properly socially distance by being able to quickly find directions to where they need to go, and where to experience the least-crowded areas.
The passengers will find themselves out of the airport in little time, as they are able to know where they want to go and how to get there once they enter the airport from their flight.
This solution does not require any additional equipment purchases by the client, and all maintenance will be able to be done within the airport by their IT staff. Passengers are able to socially distance themselves during the time of COVID-19 and will be able to find their way around the airport efficiently as more passengers make their way into the airport post-COVID-19
