Research Question: Does literacy prevent delinquency and do standardized tests indicate future criminality?

Findings:  Based on research collected and observations, they believe there is a correlation between the ability to read.  It was not found that literacy is a determinant factor in criminality but if a child is literacy proficient, they are less likely to be involved in criminal activities.
