The final design of the Aurora Hotel is meant to reflect all the research and conceptualizing that was completed during the programming phase of the project.
Featured spaces are shown throughout this page that strongly reflect the hotels aesthetic and concept of a theater. The traditional and dramatic elements are iconic to the brand and create an inviting space that is also new and exciting.
Boutique hotels are designed to engage guests and provide an area for entertainment, socialization, and a night to remember.
Hotel Bar 3D Perspective
Aurora Bar
The hotel bar is designed in a way that allows the bar to be the center of attention within the entire hotel. The design features all align with the concept of a theater in details such as the traditional wood elements, dramatic lighting, social atmosphere, and warm finishes.
The bar also includes design details related to inclusivity and flexibility. The bar is designed with accessible elements so all people can enjoy the bar experience. Standard tables and chairs throughout the rest of the bar space are easy to move to allow for different floor spacing options depending on the event(s) occurring at the hotel.

The bar elevations provide visual detailed design notes relative to the materials applied and dimensions of the built in features. It is evident in the "Bar Elevation Details, Free Standing" image that there is a part of the bar that is designed with the required dimensions to be wheelchair accessible.
Hotel Cafe 3D Perspective
Aurora Cafe
The cafe is designed to provide a more casual and social space for hotel guests. The elements are more simple than that of the bar, but still portray a sense of drama in the contrasting finishes and fixtures. The contrasting ceiling details and statement pendant lights continue to represent the theater concept. The warm tones and friendly space planning provides a casual and friendly environment, encouraging people to spend time in this space and socialize.
Cafe Elevation, Sit Up Counter
This elevation provides visual design details for the wall-attached counter in the cafe. This counter includes built in outlets to serve as a work station for guests in the comfort of a social setting.
