Root Cause Analysis Diagram

In order to determine the optimal solution for the client, it was necessary to find the root cause for the issues within the Arrivals process that the Indianapolis International Airport was facing. To do so, a Root Cause Analysis Diagram was created to identify numerous symptoms within the airport's arrivals process. These symptoms were linked together in the diagram to find the root problem, which was the Indianapolis International Airport needs to provide an efficient customer experience while ensuring passenger safety.
