Project Scope

The Project Scope Statement states what the Indianapolis International Airport can expect for the solution. It is broken down into three parts: Quality, Time, and Cost. The quality section will outline what the client will receive in the overall solution. The time section will inform the client of the time commitments expected from them such as meetings, solution updates, as well as other commitments. The time section will also dictate updates as to when the client will receive the solution. The cost section will explain costs that may be associated with the implementation of the solution.
