Introduction
This project determines a proposed optimal solution within the Arrivals process for the Indianapolis International Airport. This is the time a passenger spends from the moment they exit their airplane, to the moment they exit the airport. The solution is derived using the Systems Development Life Cycle and includes a comprehensive Root Cause Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, and various Information Gathering techniques. Several alternative solutions are compared using an Alternative Solutions Matrix while ensuring the solution meets all Systems Requirements. The solution will also be designed to meet all success criteria outlined in the report.
